About the BMW F10

The F10 was BMW's sixth-generation 5 Series, sold from 2010 through 2017, with the F10 M5 (S63B44T0 V8 twin-turbo) running 2012–2016 and the F11 Touring wagon (Europe/Canada) offered through end of production. It shares chassis and interior architecture with the F01/F02 7 Series, which means many infotainment and electronics parts cross over between the two flagships.

Head units in F10 span CIC (pre-2013), NBT (2013–2016), and NBT EVO (late 2016–2017).
